You may return unused and or uninstalled equipment within 30 days from you receiving them. However, you must first call our customer service department (1-888-640-5505), for return authorization approval and receive a return authorization number. You will be charged a 20% cancellation/re-stocking fee, minus any shipping/handling fees. The return item/items must be in their original packing materials. return shipping costs and arrangemnets are solely the responsiblity of yours (the customer). There are NO cancellations or returns allowed on special order merchandise. If you are ordering a special order item/items please take your time to select carefully. Once you've selected your choice and agreed to purchase a special-order item, you understand you're doing so with the complete understanding that this is a non-cancellable/non-refundable order. Furthermore, this order is purchased with the complete understanding that there are no charge-backs, now, ever or in the future. |
